Micro Local Business Enterprise (MLBE) Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming certified as a Micro Local Business Enterprise (MLBE) with the City of Grand Rapids. The MLBE Certification is part of the City's Equal Business Opportunity (EBO) Program, which is designed to foster equitable access to contracting and procurement opportunities for local small businesses.                                                                        

This certification is available to qualifying businesses that are independently owned and operated, meet specific size standards, and are located within the Grand Rapids region.
