Mobile GR - RPP Non-Resident Day Pass Application

Looking for a non-resident day pass in a Residential Parking Permit zone? Look no further! Mobile GR can help get you.

Please note that requests must be made three (3) days in advance to allow for processing.

Step 1. Check Your Eligibility

 You are a non-resident looking for a single, or multiple day parking passes in one of the following Residential Parking Permit Zones.

    • Neighbors of Belknap Lookout Zone 
    • Hastings St NE (Fairview Ave NE to Lafayette Ave NE)
    • Trowbridge St NE (Fairview Ave NE to Lafayette Ave NE)
    • Fairview Ave NE (Hastings St NE to Fairbanks St NE)
    • Livingston Ave NE (Hastings St NE to Fairbanks St NE)
    • Coit Ave NE (Hastings St NE to Fairbanks St NE)
    • Clancy Ave NE (Hastings St NE to Newberry St NE)
    • Fairbanks St NE (Fairview Ave NE to Lafayette Ave NE
    • Alabama Avenue (just north of Bridge St NW to 2nd St NW)
    • Lake Drive (Diamond Place and extending 120’ to the West)

 

Step 2. Check Vehicle Qualifications

Permit Cost: 

Permit costs $5 per day and there is a limit of 10 days per 3 months.

Be ready to provide your license plate number 

We use your license plate number to match your permit to your vehicle. Let us know if your license plate number changes so you don't receive a ticket.

Next steps: 

  • We'll verify your application information and confirm you are eligible. Then, we'll contact you within 1 business day to pay for the first prorated payment. You'll have a few payment options:
  • By Mail - Send a check, cashier's check, money order, or credit card.
  • By Phone - You can pay over the phone using a credit card.
  • In Person - You can bring in cash or any form a payment listed above.

Visit us at the address listed in the Contact Us section of this page to pick up your permit. Or, we can mail it to you. Once you have your permit, you can start to enjoy parking in the designated permit zone!
