Grand Rapids Development Center: Mid-cycle Plan Review Submission

This form allows you to submit additional documentation to be included in your current Building or LUDS review cycle. Using this form, please provide some brief information about your project and attach your additional documentation, specifications, or plan pages. Based on the status of your review, we will follow one of two paths:

• If your review cycle is just beginning, our Plan Reviewers will include your submitted items in that same cycle
• If your review cycle is nearly completed, we will request that these items be held and uploaded in the next review cycle using the Plan Room in Citizen Access by visiting https://inspections.grcity.us/citizenaccess/
