Electronic Message Center Acknowledgement Form
Is a sign company applying for a Sign Permit that will include an electronic message center on your property? If so, both you and the applicant will need to agree to the City’s electronic message center requirements by filling out this form before we can issue the permit.
This is a required attachment for a Sign Permit application that includes an electronic message center.
- If the applicant and the owner are not the same person, both will need to sign in this online form
- In each section, read and confirm that you understand the provisions that apply to electronic message centers
- Upload the PDF document you receive after submitting to the Sign Permit record in Citizen Access under Attachments
