Have you received an unexpectedly high water bill due to a plumbing leak?

We understand that leaks can create unplanned financial burdens for homeowners and tenants.

To help ease the impact, the City offers a Residential Leak Credit for eligible customers. This program provides financial relief after a qualifying leak and supports your recovery.

Before we begin, we'll need some basic information:

• Your water service address and account number
• Copies of your water bills for at least the last year

You can gather your past water bills over at eServices. To sign up, you'll need your water system account number. You can locate this information at the top of your water bill. If you need help, just give us a call at 311 or 616-456-3000.
